Appointments & Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Treatment Policy

• Our technicians strive for the highest standard of hygiene, quality, and safety.

• If you experience any issues with your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve it.

• Aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure the best results and longevity.

Payments

• We accept card and online payments only.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of booking.

NU Nails is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities that occur if products or aftercare advice are not followed.
